About The Role:

We're looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to help us generate new business and turn potential clients into customers.

You'll work across lead generation, outreach, sales calls, proposals, and follow-ups. Together with the founder you will also help us test new sales strategies and find better ways to reach potential clients.

You don't need to be a Notion expert. You should be comfortable with technology, understand the basics of Notion, and be willing to learn.

What You'll Achieve:

• Find and generate new potential clients.
• Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Follow up with active leads and manage the sales pipeline.
• Talk with potential clients to understand their needs and challenges.
• Explain how our Notion solutions can help their business.
• Create and send proposals based on each prospect's needs.
• Work with our team to build the right solution for each opportunity.
• Test new lead generation and sales strategies.
• Help improve our sales process and playbooks.
• Keep our CRM and lead information organized.

Skills You'll Need to Bring:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision makers.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools.
